Hello, I’m Sahithi – a passionate yoga teacher, and certified Ayurveda Food & Nutrition Coach.
At the age of 22, I secured a government job in a bank, but deep inside I knew my true calling was in wellness and healing. Within a year, I chose to leave my stable job and dedicate myself to yoga full-time. It was the best decision of my life.
I trained to become an Internationally certified yoga trainer and since then, I’ve been blessed to guide 300–400 students every month through my online live and Recorded classes.
Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people not only improve flexibility and strength, but also overcome lifestyle diseases such as:

This allows me to guide students not just in yoga practice, but also in:
Choosing the right diet for their body type (dosha balance)
Improving digestion & metabolism naturally
Making lifestyle shifts that support long-term health
My mission is simple:

I also teach Face Yoga, a natural method to enhance facial glow, reduce stress, and boost confidence — a practice that has already helped many students feel more youthful and radiant.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me exploring Ayurveda recipes, learning Bharatanatyam dance, or spending time with my little one.
