📜 Terms of Service – Yoga with Sahithi

Effective Date: 08 September 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Yoga with Sahithi (www.yogawithsahithi.in) and participation in our classes and courses. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Enrolment & Payments

• Please choose a suitable batch before payment. All payments are final and non-refundable for any reason once made.

• No carry-forward of fees to a future batch if you are unable to join the enrolled batch.

• No batch changes or transfers after you choose your batch and timing.

• To confirm your slot, pay and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp: +91 79955 66853.
  
  

2) Schedule & Access

• Each batch runs for a fixed duration from the announced start date (typically 4 weeks). Exact dates will be communicated at the time of enrolment.

• Class days and timings are as communicated during enrolment (e.g., Monday–Thursday, 5:00–6:00 PM IST). Any changes will be notified in advance.

• Language: Classes are conducted in a mix of Telugu and English.
  
  

3) Recordings

• Class recordings (if provided) are shared via Google Drive to the email you provide at registration.

• Access is available for a limited time (30 days) from the date of sharing.

• Downloads are not permitted. Sharing or redistributing content is prohibited.
  
  

4) Communication & Links

• You’ll receive the Zoom link and (where applicable) a diet plan on your registered email.
  – If the email isn’t visible, please check your Spam/Promotions folders.
  – If you still haven’t received it, message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the batch start at +91 79955 66853.
  
  

5) Instructor Rights

• The instructor may postpone or cancel a class with prior notice. In such cases, a make-up session or adjusted schedule will be provided.
  
  

6) Health & Safety

• By enrolling, you confirm you are fit to participate and will practice within your limits. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical condition.
  
  

7) Use of Materials

• All class materials (videos, PDFs, plans) are for personal use only and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is not allowed.
